Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request the deletion of your data from Numorph's services, including data collected through our AI agent Nebula via Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

Remove Nebula From Your Meta Account

Before submitting a deletion request, we recommend disconnecting Nebula from your Meta account directly. This revokes Nebula's access to your Facebook Page or Instagram account immediately.

To remove via Facebook:

Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Your activity → Apps and Websites → Find Nebula by Numorph → Click Remove

To remove via Instagram:

Go to Instagram → Settings → Account → Apps and Websites → Active → Find Nebula by Numorph → Click Remove

Removing the app from your Meta account revokes Numorph's access to your page going forward. To request deletion of data already stored on our servers, follow the steps below.

Request Deletion of Your Data

To request permanent deletion of your data from Numorph's servers, send an email to hello@numorph.net with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following:

  • Your full name

  • The email address associated with your Numorph account

  • The Facebook Page name or Instagram handle connected to Nebula

  • Whether you want partial deletion (specific data only) or full account deletion

What Gets Deleted

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will delete the following:

  • Your Numorph account data (name, email, contact details)

  • Meta Platform Data associated with your account (page access tokens, page ID, and related fields)

  • Business content you uploaded to configure your AI agent (product lists, FAQs, policies)

  • Any configuration or setup data stored in our systems

What is not stored by Numorph and therefore not subject to deletion: Conversation and order data collected during customer chats is written directly to your own Google Sheet and is not stored in Numorph's database. To delete this data, you will need to manage it directly in your Google Sheet.

Processing Time

All data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification. You will receive an email confirmation at the address you provide once your data has been deleted.

In some cases, certain data may be retained beyond this period where required by Bangladeshi law or for legitimate legal purposes (such as transaction records for tax compliance). Where this applies, we will inform you in our response.
